Jessica's Heart used to be a pub called The Osborne Arms, which The Jessica Mathers Trust has converted into office space, a meeting room and 4 flats above. 

The office space is occupied by Bench Outreach a local charity that engages with the homeless in and around Deptford.  The 4 flats are all occupied as well and provide income to support the charity.
